Happy Montana joined Mike Faith and a group of his fellow YPO colleagues for a creative songwriting experience built around storytelling, connection, and stepping a little outside the usual business-world rhythm.
We started with real stories… giving everyone space to tap into their own creativity and realize it's actually right there. From there, those stories turned into simple song structures, each with its own vibe, style, and direction.
By the end… what started as conversation had turned into original songs.
And yeah… the room was singing along.
These stories came straight from their own lives… filled with joy, compassion, heartfelt memories, and a real sense of optimism. And you can feel all of that in the songs.
